塔 The Two Towers, Bulguksa Temple KyungJoo Korea 2004

Peter are these temples still used? Or are they tourist attractions?

The temple is the biggest, one of the oldest(~1,500 years), most beautiful one as well. And the temple has been designated as a worldwide cultural heritage from UNESCO. All the temples in Korea are in use of course. Buddism is has the largest population in Korea followed by Protestant ad Catholic. The temple has also has the oldest in the world wooden bible of Buddism for printing. ^,~
