This building has so much character. In Western Canada only the Parliament buildings have such beauty and even then not nearly as much as buildings in Europe, Asia etc. Eastern Canada where you live is a different story - there are many magnificent structures.
Yes, there are more old buildings in east coast cause the cities are much older than the ones in east. Specifically in Quebec, we could have lots of beautiful old buildings. And this building is in Chennai, India for Law School fyi.
